I used to spend a lot of time out at the bars, although with kids it's a lot harder to find the time to drink, dance, hold down a job and wake up in time to feed them breakfast. I'm as happy these days heading out to a good movie or sitting in front of the TV, although double fisting vodkas while listening to Funker Vogt isn't out of the question.

I'm incredibly shallow, and probably have no right to be, in that the first thing I look at is appearance. However, experience has taught me that appearance can't hide a bad personality, so in the end, it's the ability to laugh at oneself, not take oneself seriously, and to have fun even when the world is collapsing around you that appeals to me.
